Lacey & Larkin Frontera Fund was co-founded by Jim Larkin and Micheal Lacey. The two, who are also the co-founders of the Village Voice Media and Phoenix New Times, established the fund to finance migrant rights groups in Arizona.

The $3.75 million, which is managed by the fund, was raised through settlement from the wrongful arrest of the entrepreneurs by Maricopa County Sheriff, Joe Arpaio. Lacey and Larkin hope that the organization will play a pivotal role in advocating for the rights of immigrants.
